INTRON PLUS and Tensology strengthen cooperation
In November UNTRON PLUS trained two people from Tensology to repair and calibrate the MRT instrument INTROS. In return Barrie Mordue, director of Tensology, gave Intron' team 1-day training course on crane rope examination.

Technical seminars in India
INTRON PLUS in cooperation with Arora Technologies have carried technical seminars in India. From 11th till 15th November we have arrange three seminars in Bengaluru, Kolkata, and Mumbai focusing in magnetic rope testing and inspection of steel cord conveyor belts. Attendees were given presentations, demonstration of the upgraded rope tester INTROS. Seminars gathered almost 60 specialist from crane industry, rope makers, mining and aerial rope ways, inspection companies.

Oman First Inspection and Integrity Conference 2019
INTRON PLUS has attended the Oman First Inspection and Integrity Conference 2019, organized by Oman ASNT section. The event has gathered more than 150 specialists from GCC and other countries. During the conference INTRON PLUS have presented the paper "Providing integrity of flare stacks at refineries by MFL inspection of guy ropes".

Inspection of the steel-cord conveyor belt
INTRON PLUS has completed non-destructive inspection of the steel-cord conveyor belt for the customer in the city of Olenegorsk, the Murmansk area. The belt of 1600 mm width and length of 1148 m was inspected at speed 2.5 m/s with the flaw detector INTROCON. In addition to the inspection report the customer obtained assessment of the residual breaking strength of the belt and recommendations on its further operation.

Training in UAE
INTRON PLUS has successfully trained National Petroleum Construction Corporation (Abu-Dhabi) engineers to operate with INTROS instrument. NPCC is one of the leading companies in the field of offshore platform construction. The training took place at the NPCC premises and all trainees has passed the exams, which include the wire rope sample inspection and analysis of the data received during the inspection.

Workshop in China
Our exclusive agent in China company Becot in cooperation with CITIC - the biggest hoist manufacturer in China, have carried the workshop in the city of Luoyang for the customers from mining industry. The workshop has focused in non-destructive testing of wire ropes and steel cord conveyor belts. Customers have been demonstrated rope testers INTROS and steel cord conveyor belt flaw detector INTROCON.

Workshops in Vietnam
In cooperation with the company Quochuy, INTRON PLUS has carried workshops in Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi. Topics for these workshop were magnetic rope testing and inspection of steel cord conveyor belts. Both seminars gathered about 60 customers from inspection companies, mining and offshore industries.

The Spanish Association of Non-Destructive Testing organized the National Congress of Non-Destructive Testing on June 12, 13 and 14 in Vitoria-Gateiz, Spain.INTRON PLUS was represented by Nucliber, INTRON PLUS agent in Spain. The event was attended by a large number of companies, public in general from Spain and the EU countries.
