Welcome to Intron Luoyang. Non-destructive testing and technical diagnostics!
The predecessor of Intron Plus was a school run institution established by Professor Vasily Sukhorukov in 1988 at the Moscow Institute of Power Engineering, specializing in the research and development of non-destructive testing equipment. It later became a private enterprise in the field of non-destructive testing equipment research and technical diagnosis in the former Soviet Union. The company was restructured into a limited liability company in 1992 and released the Intros series of non-destructive testing equipment for steel wire ropes in the same year. In 1997, Professor Vasily Suhalukov was awarded the Russian National Science Progress Award for his significant contributions to the research and development of non-destructive testing equipment and technology. He is also an important scientist in the field of non-destructive testing technology in Russia to receive this honor. In 2000, Intron Plus was invited to participate in the drafting of the national standard "Guidelines for Non destructive Testing of Strong Magnetic Steel Wire Rope" approved by the Russian Federation Mining and Industrial Regulatory Agency.
Research strength
In 2003, Intron Plus was commissioned by DMT (German Institute of Coal Science) to develop the MH100-150 non-destructive testing equipment for large-diameter steel wire ropes worldwide, marking its official breakthrough in the technical bottleneck of large-diameter testing. Afterwards, Intron Plus launched bridge cable inspection business, covering Guangzhou in China, Seoul in South Korea, San Francisco in the United States, and other places.
